Today January 6,2012 marks two life changing moments in my life. 5 years ago today my 'little' big brother Joshua Wayne married the love of his life Shelby Lynn. They have given me the privilege of being an aunt to two amazing kids, Adrian Lynn and Wyatt Wayne. I love them more than words can describe.
4 years ago on this same day God received another angel, one of my best friends from high school died in a tragic car accident. There is not a day that goes by that I haven't thought about her and the woman she would have been today. She and I shared a lot of special moments together and had some great times. I miss her very much but I know she is in a better place where addiction will not get the best of her. She's watching over all of us now and I'm thankful to have had her as a friend all of those years.
Tell people how you feel about them regardless, you may never know when they will be taken from you.
