Pistachio Crusted Chicken

Pistachio Crusted Chicken.

Cut chicken breasts into strips.
Take 2 cups of shelled pistachios and put them into a food processor to chop them finely.
1 cup of Hellmans Mayo.


Coat chicken with Hellmans and roll in Pistachios. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until chicken is done.
